Creative, passionate\u2026and a little crazy at times, we are \u2013 above\u00a0anything- determined.\u00a0We want this project to reflect the evolution of sustainable thinking and technology. Thinking Differently<\/h3>\n

A\u00a0desire<\/em>\u00a0to protect wildlife and flora. An\u00a0acknowledgment<\/em>\u00a0of our environmental responsibility. A\u00a0will<\/em>\u00a0to adopt cutting-edge sustainable technologies. And a\u00a0promise<\/em>\u00a0to provide superior quality housing.<\/p>\n

These are the pillars of our philosophy.<\/p>\n

Specialists in\u00a0sustainable developmen<\/em>t, we have followed\u00a0LEED<\/em>\u00a0standards to design houses that organically merge with their surroundings. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a rating system that promotes the design and construction of green buildings.<\/p>\n

Our mission is to foster an awareness of environmental responsibility, by making people aware of the\u00a0impact of their actions and choices in regards to their use of resources.<\/p>\n

January 2004, it\u2019s winter\u2026<\/h3>\n

\u201dThe sun is shining and my snowshoes sink in the white powdery snow. I stop walking for a brief moment, a little out of breath. I look up\u2026<\/p>\n

In an instant, my whole life changed.<\/p>\n

Almost by accident, I had stumbled upon a magical place. Untouched, endless forest\u2026 I fell head over heels: Le Vertendre was born.<\/p>\n

Since then, constant efforts have been made to ensure this land remains as enchanting as it appeared to me on that day. The Vertendre seeks to be a different kind of development, one that protects the environment by embracing sustainable thinking.\u201d<\/p>\n
