You can drop it in the key box outside the office when the office is closed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Non-observance of one or more of these policies, may lead to the eviction of all the occupants of the unit without any compensation or refund of the security deposit. (25$ fee will be charged)<\/li><li>Please do not make up the beds that were used during your stay.<\/li><li>Please put the garbage (green container), the recycling (blue container) and the compost (brown container) out of the unit. (25$ fee will be charged)<\/li><li>Please let the office know if one of the two propane tanks for the BBQ is empty<\/li><li>You must bring back the keys and the garage remote to the main office at: 7 chemin de la Chute, Eastman. You can drop it in the key box outside the office when the office is closed.<\/li><\/ul><p>Non-observance of one or more of these policies, may lead to the eviction of all the occupants of the unit without any compensation or refund of the security deposit. During your stay, you must use all the equipment, material and accessories left at your disposal with diligence and care.
