Zoobox… Leisure mountain lodging
Reservation:
The total amount of the rental (including taxes) will be charged to your credit card (Visa or Master Card) on the same day the reservation is made.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Please note that we reserve the right to relocate you to an equivalent unit, if circumstances require, to ensure an optimal experience.
Modification:
- 50$ fees per modification will be charged
- The modification must be made 14 days before the initial arrival date
- Please note that no refund will be made in concern of price variation (high/low season)
Cancellation:
- If a reservation is cancelled 31 days or more before your arrival date, a $150 service charge per unit is applicable.
- If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival date: there is no refund.
- If the accommodation service cannot be offered by Le Vertendre during the dates of your stay, you can postpone your stay, get a credit or a refund.
Arrival : 4:00 p.m
Departure : 11:00 a.m
- Each Zoobox can accommodate a maximum number of guests, 4 to 6 depending on the Zoobox.
- Pets are allowed in certain units (30$)
- Owners must pick up all pet droppings. (if not 75$ fee will be charge). Dogs must be kept on leash at all time. You are responsible for your dog’s behavior.
- You must keep an eye on your children in the Zoobox and on our territory at all times.
- Sub-letting, transfer or lending of a unit is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise, of any nature, at any time, is not permitted.
- Fireworks are prohibited at all times.
- All units are non-smoking.
Security deposit:
A security deposit of $250, for damage, theft, insalubrities and/or cigarette odour or noise will be charged to your credit card on upon arrival and will be reimbursed after verification of the unit.
Lost key: A $25 charge will be applied for lost keys.
Lost acces bracelet : A $10 charge will be applied for each lost bracelets.
Lost parking pass : A $15 charge will be applied for a lost parking pass
Linens and towels: Linens and towels are included in the rental but no change is made during your stay.
Firewood: to heat the Zoobox is included. Do not use the ecological logs for outdoor fires (fee of 15$ could be applied)
Television: The T.V. is used for viewing DVDs and playing music CDs.
Tents/Campers/RV’s/snowmobiles/ATV type vehicles: Are prohibited on the Vertendre territory.
Washroom: Please avoid flushing tampons, hygenix pads, condoms and tissues in the toilet.
In respect for the environment, kindly refrain from disposing of your cigarette butts outdoors.
On the day of your departure :
- Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Contact us the day before your departure to confirm the time of your luggage transport service, if necessary.
- Please wash all the dishes that were used. (25.00$ fee will be charged)
- Please do not make up the beds that were used during your stay.
- Please put the garbage (green container), the recycling (blue container) and the compost (brown container) out of the unit. (25.00$ fee will be charged)
- Please let the office know if one of the two propane tanks for the BBQ is empty
- You must bring back the keys and the garage remote to the main office at: 122 chemin Gilbert, Eastman. You can drop it in the key box outside the office when the office is closed.
Non-observance of one or more of these policies, may lead to the eviction of all the occupants of the unit without any compensation or refund of the security deposit. During your stay, you must use all the equipment, material and accessories left at your disposal with diligence and care. If you see that a piece of equipment, material or accessory is broken or malfunctioning, please stop using it and inform our staff as soon as possible. The client assumes all responsibility with regard to any damages and/or injury resulting from the use of damaged or faulty equipment.

- Owners must pick up all pet droppings. (if not 75$ fee will be charge). Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. You are responsible for your dog’s behavior.
- Sub-letting, transfer or lending of a unit is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise, of any nature, at any time, is not permitted.

- Please leave the parking pass given to you on your vehicle’s dash at all times.
Security deposit:
At each arrival and departure, inventory and unit status are verified. A security deposit of $500, for damage, theft, insalubrities and/or cigarette odour or noise will be charged to your credit card on upon arrival and will be reimbursed after verification of the unit.
Lost parking pass : A $15 charge will be applied for a lost parking pass
Loss of garage door remote: An additional fee of $75 will be charged.
Linens and towels: Linens and towels are included in the rental but no change is made during your stay. Please note that there is a washer/dryer at your disposal in every villa although, soap is not provided.
Firewood: Firewood is at the visitor’s discretion (not provided). Bundles of wood can be bought at our office ($15).
